Dhananjay Modgalya

Dhananjay is a techno-legal professional with vast experience in variety of areas. He is actively involved in drafting, filing and prosecution of patents in technical areas e.g. chemistry (organic and inorganic), polymers, electrical, electronics, telecommunications and computer science for both domestic and foreign clients. He is a regular visitor to the Indian Patent Office in connection with patent and Trademark applications proceedings. He appears regularly in various Courts including the District Courts and High Court of Bombay. He also assists in management of patent portfolios and pursuant to that provides opinions on patentability, validity and enforcement of patents, freedom to operate and infringement analysis.

Prior to joining Delhi IP, he has worked with many prestigious organizations. He worked with many top tier IP law firms. He has also worked with various knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) companies.
