Nitish Banka

Nitish is a techno-legal professional with vast experience in variety of areas. He primarily deals with patent pertaining to technical areas e.g. computer science, electronics, electro-mechanical, embedded systems and communication technology for both domestic and foreign clients. He provides preventive litigation support to client and protection against multifarious issues. Nitish has creditable exposure before High Court of Delhi and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in all sorts of matters related to intellectual property, and also represented clients before various courts and tribunals across India.

Prior to working with Delhi IP, he has worked with many prestigious organizations. He worked with multinational software and IT companies for around 7 years in their R&D department and has had a successful tryst as an independent lawyer.
