Naveen Chaklan

Naveen is Managing Partner and Patent Attorney at Delhi IP. His core area of practice is patents pertaining to pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, medical devices, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymers, microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. He has an excellent understanding on Indian IP Law and provide his inputs in inventions in all technical domains. He is well versed with the intricacies of patent filing and other procedural law.

He regularly provides opinions on patentability, validity and enforcement of patent rights, freedom-to-operate, infringement analysis and assists clients, with due diligence for matters connected with technology transfer and licensing apart from managing patent portfolios.

Prior to joining Delhi IP, he has worked with many prestigious organizations. He worked with an AI based therapeutic innovator and with a leading drug discovery incubator. He has also worked with the largest knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) company.

He has also been an inventor in one granted patent.
