Filing a patent application is a simple procedure; however, pursuing it till grant, meeting legal compliances,  handling objections and responding office actions is a complex process. If a patent application is not filed properly, it can get refused by the Indian Patent Office (IPO).

Further, handling objections is a very difficult task. Handling objections includes carefully negotiating with the patents examiner and sometimes amending the application as per the requirements of the patent examiner. However if these things are not done properly, you might get a patent protection for your invention however the future value of the patent may not be much and in worse case scenario your patent may get rejected.
