Ram Kumar Gupta

Ram is heading patents and design wing of Delhi IP.  He is actively involved in carrying out novelty searches and drafting of patent applications in technical areas e.g. pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, medical devices, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymers, microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. He has an expert eye for analyzing patent documents and inventions.

He regularly provides opinions on patentability, validity and enforcement of patent rights, freedom to operate, infringement analysis and assists clients, with due diligence for matters connected with technology transfer.

Prior to joining Delhi IP, he has worked with many prestigious organizations. He worked with one of the largest generic manufacturers of pharmaceuticals. He has also worked with the largest knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) company.

He has also been an inventor in one granted patent.
